What is the return policy?
The goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, an email notice can be submitted to initiate a return.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment, and all items must be in their original, secure packaging. Merchandise that has been altered, installed, or used will not be credited; items unresponsive after 48 hours will be destroyed. Freight costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns are subject to handling fees, except for defective items. New factory-sealed merchandise is subject to a 25%–35% restocking fee. Special made-to-order, discontinued, and sale items are not returnable. Large quantity and international returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Currently, online purchases cannot be returned in store.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Currently, online purchases cannot be returned in-store. We are working to make shopping as convenient as possible.
Are any purchases final sale?
Certain items are not eligible for return. It would be noted on the item before checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based location and the items in the order. Shipping costs are available before checkout.
When will I get my order?
Orders are prepared and shipped promptly. A notification email is sent after shipping; delivery timing varies.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is authorized at checkout and will be charged when your full order is fulfilled.
